Can I bring my pets?

Unfortunately, no. We do not allow any pets on the premises.

Is smoking allowed?

No smoking is permitted inside the rooms. There is a designated smoking area outdoors.

What are the quiet hours?

To maintain a peaceful environment, please lower noise after 23:00. Official quiet hours are between 00:00 and 06:00 (00h00 – 06h00).

Can I bring visitors?

Visitors are allowed by prior arrangement only. Please notify your host in advance.

How do I secure my booking?

For standard bookings (more than 7 days in advance & Total > R1,000), a 50% deposit is required upfront to secure your stay. The remaining 50% is due 3 days before arrival or at check-in.

What about short or last-minute stays?

If the total cost of your stay is R1,000 or less, OR if you book within 7 days of arrival, 100% payment is required upfront.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

• More than 30 Days before arrival: 100% Refund (minus admin/gateway fees).
• 14 – 30 Days before arrival: 50% Refund of the total stay cost.
• Less than 14 Days / No-Show: 0% Refund.

What should I do in a medical emergency?
